Larsen Trades Earmarks for Donations?

That's the question Rick Bart, Republican challenger to Democrat Larsen in the 2nd Congressional District, and former Snohomish County Sheriff, is asking Larsen's campaign. And Bart's right: if this isn't a trade, it's worth raising eyebrows over, and Larsen should give the money back to avoid the obvious appearance of impropriety.
